When joining NORRIQ Financial Services, you will be part of a “Competency”, also called “Counselling Family Tree”(CFT)
A Competency or CFT is a group of 20 to 40 consultants sharing the same interest in a business domain. Dedicated trainings are organized for each specific CFT to ensure all members have state-of-the-art knowledge in their corresponding business domain
Competency meetings are organized on a regular basis (about every 6 weeks) to share content, experience and market trends related to their business domain. The competency meetings are organized the same day for all competencies, in order to extend these CFT meetings with networking drinks and dinner with the whole of NORRIQ Financial Services.
Each competency or CFT is headed by a Management Team (MT) member. The MT member is accountable for the follow-up of every consultant of his CFT. This is done with the support of the counsellors within the CFT.
